As managing director, Vishakha Radia leads the Cisco Consulting Services Collaboration, Video, and Mobility Practice. Radia and her global team have worked with thousands of business and information technology (IT) executives across multiple industries, delivering more than US$1 billion in value.

Cisco Consulting moves clients through a “collaboration-enabled transformation” journey, offering five key services: innovation, strategy, business case, pilot, and adoption. The team helps enterprise clients visualize, implement, and adopt powerful business enabled by collaboration technology use cases that deliver critical differentiation, tangible productivity improvements, and cost reductions. Cisco Consulting is known for quantifying the business value of collaboration technologies, including mobile, social, video, and unified communications that stand up to CEO, CFO, and CIO scrutiny.

Most recently, Radia led the Customer Business Transformation team. Before that, she was a consultant with the Cisco Internet Business Solutions Group (IBSG), where she advised senior executives of multiple automotive OEMs on how to adopt innovative business and technology solutions to transform customer experiences. She also holds a patent pending for an IP-connected-vehicle integrated interface and is a passionate speaker at leading unified communications and collaboration conferences.

Prior to her 13 years at Cisco, Radia has more than 10 years of IT and business leadership experience in Fortune 10 manufacturing companies. Her experience ranges from leading large-scale IT strategy, portfolio management, IT applications development, and architecture definition and delivery to merging global organizations and inspiring change through visionary innovation and compelling communications. She has also held staff and line positions in manufacturing and plant-floor supply chain, as well as executive roles in corporate strategy and planning.

Radia has been featured in multiple analyst blogs and has facilitated multiple CIO sessions with Gartner, Inc. She is vice president of Partnership for the Michigan Council Women in Technology Managing Board. Radia lives in Michigan and is married with two adult children.
